A guest needs to be invited by an active voting member of the Rhythm
Society in order to attend a Friends meeting. This person acts as the
newcomer's "sponsor," and is responsible as the newcomer's inital connection
to Rhythm Society information and activities. Typically, the sponsor
is the member who invited the interested person to an event. The newcomer's
sponser needs to be in attendance at the Friends meeting to facilitate
the newcomer's introduction into the community.
